Cancel an order and returns

All orders are processed immediately after they are placed. However, you can decide not to accept an order placed on the site if you consider that the quantities of ordered products are not delivered to you or due to any quality problem, breakages or imperfections in the delivered products. The amount paid for the order will be refunded once the product is returned to our distributors and suppliers without having been unpacked. Once the recipients accept the products and sign the Delivery Voucher, the value of the products is not refundable unless damages, imperfections or breakages are covered by the product manufacturer's guarantee.

In that case, if the products cannot be replaced, the total amount paid for that product will be refunded. Transactions for which money is returned to the customer may not exceed the original transaction amount and can only be returned to the card that has been used. To obtain a refund, you must supply a valid email address to help@enviocuba.ca. This site will not be responsible for any claim that provides an incorrect email address.

Claims for fraudulent card charges

All claims for fraudulent card charges are investigated by our legal and risk control departments. If you make a claim of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card, it will be reported to the services of the card in question.

User agreement and modifications

This site reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at its discretion or against any client that is considered to have made abusive use of it. Any revision or change will be mandatory, contractual and effective immediately after its publication.
