TREATMENT FOR WARRANTY SERVICES
The Technology Division will provide Warranty Services in its workshops. In the case of refrigerators, washing machines and kitchens with an oven, it will be provided at the customer's home.
Attention to the Warranty of the equipment in the city or in the municipality where the Technological Division workshop is located.
The Warranty Services will be carried out in any of the authorized workshops according to the telephone numbers and addresses registered in the Warranty Certificate.
Attention to the Warranty of equipment where there are no Technological Division workshops
The workshop will coordinate with the establishments how the attention to the Guarantees will be provided, where one or several dates can be defined, (maximum every 10 business days) and the places of attention according to the possibilities of the Technical Services and the needs of the area.
The dates and places of receipt of the Guarantees must be in documents, to the access of the employee of the establishment and be his knowledge, to inform the client verbally and in writing in the Guarantee Certificate.
The client can:
- Appear at authorized workshops that are reflected in the Warranty Certificate, to make the report of the Warranty Service request or take the equipment.
- Present at the date and place of attention to Guarantees that the dependent guides at the time of the sale to make the report or take the equipment.
- Appear at any time and within the Warranty Period, at the place of attention to Guarantees that the dependent guides you at the time of the sale to make the report.
TREATMENT TO GIVE WHEN THE TEAM HAS NO REPAIR
The Technological Division workshops will issue a Replacement Proof and a Service Order, when the equipment has no repair and the customer must exercise the right to repair within a period not exceeding 45 days. With this replacement document, the Order of Service, the Certificate of Ownership and Guarantee Certificate, the client will appear at the store where he bought the equipment, with the right to have the equipment replaced.
The Manager or the Commercial of the store is in the duty of:
- Verify that the Proof of Replacement is correct, that it is filled in all its parts, with its two signatures and the stamp, with original and copy; White and pink colors respectively, which will validate and verify the identity of the client.
- Require the customer the Proof of Payment of the Cash Register, Certificate of Ownership and original Guarantee Certificate issued by the store and that their data coincide with the Proof of Replacement.
- Give the customer (from his own inventory) a team of the same reference.
- In the case of not having the same model in stock, the customer will be offered the option of:
- The refund of the price paid and the collection of the sale of similar equipment automatically
- The refund of the price paid, this as a last resort.
- For the equipment delivered, the clerk will issue a new Certificate of Ownership and Guarantee Certificate, which covers the remaining time of the guarantee for the new equipment in question, considering the date of the Replacement Proof issued by the workshop, reflecting in both: changed by guarantee.
